Stephen J. Renard founded the globally recognized Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants in 1970. He is an internationally renowned professional whose organization is the benchmark for hospitality search companies worldwide. Stephen Renard was born in Toronto and is a graduate of the University of Toronto. Stephen Renard is probably the most well-known search executive in the hospitality world. He continues to travel extensively, averaging visits to over 30 countries every year. He enjoys personal and business relations with most Managing Directors, Chief Executive Officers, General Managers, and other senior hospitality executives worldwide.

In fact, this audit service has been offered confidentially to our selected clients over the years but with huge demand, it was necessary to form Renard Global Management, to satisfy many personal requests from our friends and clients worldwide.

Ashok Sharma, a renowned hospitality professional, has over 35 years of experience with the hospitality industry. He has successfully handled International Hotel Operations as Vice President of International Hotels Chain. Mr. Sharma has a comprehensive knowledge of the modern hospitality business, its challenges and its success factors.

Ashok Sharma has proven his leadership qualities in enabling his clients to achieve their goals via Service Excellence Initiatives and to meet their revenue and profitability objectives. He is responsible for diversifying Renard International and taking its reputation to greater heights. He is also responsible for creating Sales and Marketing Audit Platform, which has helped the strategic players in the hospitality industry in process mapping of their sales and marketing division. He is accredited for designing the client interaction systems and service excellence strategies for the clients. He has contributed greatly for the design and process of operations audits, creating audit reports matrix, and providing recommendations and training. His objective is to assist and partner success with strategic players in the global hospitality industry.
